Ways to stop kids from hitting my mailbox down.?

I had a friend who had a problem with that, and her dad ended up putting a small mailbox inside a much larger one. He filled the gap with concrete. You would need a heavy duty post to put it on, but once it's installed it's darn near indestructible.
