What make up is right/good brands?

okay, i have tried so many foundations! none of them match and leave me looking like im wering some weird mask, i am 14 and i have to wear makeup, its not unacceptable so dont say 'you are too young' after all, i have red spots and dull skin that immediately brightens up with makeup- i dont have a bad looking face either and i have high cheekbones which i would like to accentuate a little more, my skin is not oily but i am prone to some pimples. i have a rather palish complexion but with slight yellow/olive undertones s i am half greek, i have brown eyes and hair, what is a good and not too pricey foundation,concealer,highlighter and possibly a powder? as i am young i dont want it to be super noticeable and i want to keep it natural but flawless, maybe a dewy finish to look naturl, thats why i was wondering about powders (matte) oh! and are there any sites that can help you choose? :) thanks
