I'm a 24 y/o female. I'm not sexually active or anything. I trying to wait til marriage. I watch porn sometimes, which I wish I wouldn't. I can go long periods of time without it. It seems I do need it when I'm feeling especially lonely and want to feel close to someone. I feel really bad about this. Well, today I was masturbating with a highlighter with a rounded edge I cleaned of with hand sanitizer. I never used the highlighter for anything. Well now I'm in pain. What do you think is wrong? Also, how can I stop watching porn? Thanks!

Can I not go to my college...?

Here's the deal. I sing Opera and I'm top notch Soprano at my community college and would do anything for music. I've been singing all my life, been in so many programs and choirs and have been taking singing lessons for years. I flew out to New Jersey last December to apply to Westminster College in Princeton, NJ (this school is private, population of 70 students, and is connected to Princeton and if I got accepted I would be a Princeton student as well.) I did a private audition and blew the judges away, saying they would do "anything" to have me as a student and am the best singer they've heard in a long time. After the audition I flew back home waiting for my acceptance letter. I got my letter 1 week later saying they accepted me and offering my $21,000 scholarship towards my tuition. Although the tuition is $40,000 a year, I still need $19,000. The school said they don't give full ride scholarships and the scholarship I got is the best. I called the school many times for financial aid or loans and they said they do not offer anything more than my scholarship and that I can look into bank loans. If I got a government loan I need to co-sign with my parents, but we keep getting denied cause my parents "make too much money." My parents can't pay out of their pocket cause they "Have too many expensive bills to pay." But bank loans interest are SO HIGH! I don't know if I'm getting myself into something I will regret and be in debt for life. But this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and all my professional teachers are saying I can honestly get famous for this for how talented I am...but the financial problem is such a pain. My parents are conservative, so they said if I can't go to Princeton I need to move out and live on my own and work up in a restaurant somehow. I need to go to this school but money is such a problem, I'm stuck. WHAT SHOULD I DO? IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVES?

Do I wear too much makeup for a 14 year old?

I think that is a reasonable amount. I use all of those things and i'm gonna be a freshman! You could also apply a tinted moisturizer, its like a substitute for foundation for those people who don't need a lot of coverage + it has spf (mine has spf 15) so you could protect your face from the rays of the sun. Even though you think you're not getting any sun, you are.

Is there a philanthropist who would fund promoting abstinence in the Caribbean?

I am the founder of a Jamaican-based organization which is dedicated to helping to reduce, if not eliminate, the rampant sexual promiscuity that currently exists among Jamaica's youth. The organization has been in existence for three years, but it cannot be the success that it needs to be and can be for lack of funding. Indeed we cannot keep our 'doors' open much longer if we do not receive financial assistance, and plenty of it.

Chances of getting into UCs?

The sad fact is that Berkeley, UCLA and especially Stanford are stretches. You are competitive for UCSD. Make sure that your major is not impacted before you apply and also apply to a couple of state schools for safety. Good luck!

How can I fix this problem with the FAFSA?

I filled out the FAFSA scholarship online before my mom filed taxes for 2010. We do have a legal extension, and we always pay our taxes, we just needed extra time. I called up the financial department at the school I plan to attend, and they said we could use an estimate from the previous year's taxes while filling it out. I should find everything out Friday (July 1st), but I recently heard that you're actually supposed to go to the school and fill out other paperwork and stuff for an estimate; what should I do to correct this problem, if I can do anything at all?

Cheap skin care & make-up routine?

I'm 33 and have lost that youthful glow. I would like to start a skin care & make-up routine that won't be expensive and take too much time. I'd like suggestions for using natural or homemade products. I've started using plain natural yogurt on my face/neck for moisture & exfoliation and I love it! I've also use chamomile tea bags on my eyes to reduce puffiness. My skin is healthy, no blemish problems. I'm just starting to get fine lines and not as firm anymore. I see all these anti-wrinkle serums & beads, creams & scrubs. For make-up, there is Primer? Like on my walls? Lol! Beauty experts suggests all these different brushes for each step. Those things aren't cheap! Won't a q-tip do? I don't want to be an airbrushed model. I just want even skin tone without looking like I'm covered in a dusty white mask. All of these highlighters, brighteners, toners etc have me so confused. The people at the stores/mall just want you to buy EVERYTHING. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
