Need help with getting into school?

I am ninteen trying to get into college for the first time but i have no clue what to do first. Im trying to get into Faultner state comunity college but i dont know if im to late to sign up for fall semester and i don't know how to sign up for financial aid and i don't even know what i should do first. Any help would be appreciated.
