Message from webpage 2! help?

i keep getting this annoying popup saying on the top "message from webpage" and then under it is "2!" and then there is an ok button under it. i have norton which is expired, Inbox searcher, and Google with the searcher, it also has add on it too which are, article browser, new bottons available for toolbar, share, pop-up blocks, spelling checker, translater, autofill, highlighter, and a icon that has a magnifdying glass over paper, im not sure what that does. then i have favorites under that and thats it. why is this thing popping up, how do i get rid of it??
