Is it to late to star a lawn mowing business?

I'm 13 and I'm saving for a new pair of aggressive skates and I decided to start a lawn mowing business to make some extra money. I printed out fliers and put them on all of the neighborhood mailboxes with my business pricing and contact information. I was wondering if it was to late in the summer for mowing lawns we are still getting rain but its been 7hours and I haven't had a single call anybody have some suggestions on how I could make my business better thanks.
