I want to go back to college, but I owe another school money.?

I want to go back to college in the fall, however I owe Mississippi State University about $5000. I am wondering if anyone knows of a loan or some sort of financial aid that I could get to pay MSU so that I can get my credits transferred. Any help would be terrific! Thanks for your time!
