Do Virgo men get over anger quickly and forgive?

If you have angered a Virgo male, how much space should you give them? My BF is really mad and I explained what happened via a card I dropped in his mailbox...do you think he read it or just discarded it? How much space should I give him b4 I try to talk to him? How long b4 he might contact me? His B/D is 8/26/64 if that helps...
