Can I still apply for financial aid?

I am currently homeless. My mom kicked me out. I'm 19 but I'm not sure if I can apply for a fee waiver/financial aid or both. I am going to have my GED but when I apply for fafsa it asks for my moms social. I don't know it. What do I do? :/
