Marijuana smokers, what can I use to smoke out of that is cheap?

I am an occasional smoker of marijuana. Maybe once every couple of months. Idk how to roll anything so what could I use to smoke out of that isnt much money. Where could I buy a descent bowl that isnt much money and is there anything I could make that is alright to use. Ive heard or a soda bottle or water bottle bong or something having to do with a highlighter. but that is prob really bad for you. Advice please.
