My outside trash bin on Sims 3 is missing?

I downloaded a beautiful house from the sims resource site, and I haven't noticed there wasn't an outside trash bin until seeing my maid continuously say that they couldn't walk to it. I deleted all the trees off of the lot and bushes to try and find it, but I don't see it anywhere. There IS a mailbox, however. I'm really happy with my family's progress so far and I really don't want to lose everything, so does anyone know any cheats or downloads or anything that can get me an outside trash bin? I tried the eyedropper tool on a neighbors but it didn't work, and I've put the regular trash bins outside but those also need to be emptied and the maid and my sims end up just leaving the trash on the floor. PLEASEEE help.
