Is this too much makeup for a 15 year old to wear for school?

Well in my opinion it kinda depends on how she puts it on!! Because my bestie wears like 10 different types of base/concealer, then piles on the lip gloss, and wears all the same stuff your friend wears, but she doesn't look like she is over doing it!! And for school I don't really see lip liner, eye shadow, lipstick or blush necessary!! Also a lot of things you listed for your friend are sorta the same thing like concealer, foundation, powder foundation, and translucent powder they all give basically the same look so it really doesn't matter how much of it she puts on!!... Well over all yes I think that what your friend puts on is a lot of make up for school... but if she doesn't look over done then it doesn't matter, but if she looks fake or slutty you should probably talk to her about it!!
