I keep on having nightmares about my abusive ex-boyfriend. how can i stop them?

Hey Anna.I cannot imagine what you must be going through.I just broke up with my ex 2 months ago.We were together for nearly a year.He was abusive.But I was abused verbally and emotionally.That hurt so bad,Its hard for you i know.Im not lying when I say it actually pains me to see stories like yours.You should definately tell your parents about this.Or get some friends to help you out.Try not to go too far out alone.It isnt safe.x
