Is this how you're suppose to apply makeup?

Wash and moisturize your face. First apply your eye makeup ( in case any extra pigment falls onto the under-eye area ). Second apply your foundation, then follow with your loose powder. The loose powder creates a barrier that will allow your bronzer and blush to adhere better and look even. Next apply your concealer to the under eye area and set it with some loose powder. Finish with your bronzer or blush.
