Using softlips pearl lip conditioner as highlighter?

I have this chapstick and I was wondering if I could use it as an inner corner highlight for my eye or even as a cheek highlight ? I have medium skin tone and it looks really pretty is this bad for me ? It has SPF 15 in it.
