Ok so my mom wanted me to upgrade her computer to Windows 7 (from XP) and her Office to 2010 (from 2003 and Outlook Express). I copied a bunch of stuff off of it like mailbox.bak (or dbx) and things like that. After that I updated her computer and office and now I can't get her emails to work.....Did I have to export the emails (which I'm JUST NOW reading about) in order to be able to import them? If so then is there a way to get them or am I screwed? Thanks so much for everyone's help!!!!
